    By using TV Mounting Boston's services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

    2. Services Description

    TV Mounting Boston provides professional TV mounting, installation, and related services including:

    • TV wall mounting and installation
    • Cable management and organization
    • Soundbar installation
    • Gaming console setup
    • Related electronic equipment installation

    3. Service Agreement

    Scheduling and Appointments

    Services are provided by appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or emergency situations.

    Customer Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate information about the installation location
    • Ensure clear access to the work area
    • Inform us of any special requirements or concerns
    • Be present during the scheduled service time

    4. Pricing and Payment

    Service Fees

    Pricing is based on the complexity of the installation and materials required. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

    Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Additional fees may apply for same-day or emergency services.

    5. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

    We provide a satisfaction guarantee on our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our installation, we will return to address any issues at no additional charge within 30 days of the original service.

    This warranty covers our installation work only and does not extend to customer-provided equipment or pre-existing conditions.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    TV Mounting Boston's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

    • Damage to customer equipment due to manufacturing defects
    • Pre-existing wall or structural conditions
    • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
    • Issues arising from customer modifications to our installation

    7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    Customer Cancellations

    Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

    Weather and Emergency Cancellations

    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to severe weather, emergency situations, or safety concerns.

    8. Property Access and Safety

    Our technicians will treat your property with respect and take reasonable precautions to avoid damage. We may decline to perform services if:

    • Unsafe conditions exist
    • Proper access cannot be provided
    • Structural integrity concerns are identified
    • Customer equipment is incompatible with safe installation

    9. Privacy and Confidentiality

    We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

    10. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

    12. Independent Contractors

    TV Mounting Boston works with independent professionals ("Contractors") who perform TV mounting and related services. These Contractors are not employees, agents, or representatives of TV Mounting Boston. Each Contractor is solely responsible for the quality of their work, their tools, and compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.

    TV Mounting Boston does not supervise or control Contractors and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or performance. By using our services, you acknowledge that any agreement for installation or related work is between you and the Contractor providing the service.
